Our college has been the winners in the Anna university IX zone cricket tournament held at Sudharsan Engineering College, pudukottai. P.Yuvaraja of IV EEE, M.Chidabaramnathan of III EEE, M.Baskarasethupathy of I EEE and M.M.Rajesh of I CSE have been selected to represent interzonal cricket tournament held at St. Joseph College of engineering.

             Our college cricket players M.Baskarasethupathy and Lendle Pascal have represented Ramanathapuram district cricket association for S .S.Rajan trophy held at vellore which was conducted by tamilnadu cricket association.

Our college cricket player M.Baskara sethupathy has been selected to represent Anna University.

           Our college hockey team participrted in the Anna University inter collegiate hockey tounament. V.Arivazhavan of IV EEE, V.Savariraj ov IV EEE and karthik of III IT have been selected for the anna university inter zonal hockey tournament.V.savari raj of of IV EEE was astand by in the anna university hockey team.

              B.Anbarasan of III EEE and M.Sathish kumar of IV EEE have been selected to represent the Anna University inter zonal football tournament that was held at PSNA college engineering and tecgnology,Dindigul.

             Our college has conducted “ Dr.E.M.Abdullah memorial Trophy” a state level volleyball tournament for the Engineering colleges for the forth year successively. sethu institute of technology got the first place, PSNA college of engineering and technology got the second place and thiyagarajar college engineering got the third place.

The college Ball Badminton team in the IX zone tournament held at pandian saraswati yadav engineering college.

Ansar Ali was selected to represent the Anna University inter zonal Ball Badminton tournament.

             Our college football, hockey,Ball badminton, Volley Ball Teams have participated in the Tamilnadu inter engineering sports held at Arulmigu kalasalingam college of enginnerig. Krishnankoil.

            Our student Abdul rahman of final year ECE has participated in the TIES and secured second place in the “BEST PHYSIQUE” event below 60kg category and for the second time he got the prize.

            We have been conducted the intramural sports in our college. N.Sahul Hameed of IV EEE, the captain of blue house led his team victoriously and became the winners. The runners are red house, captain ganesan of IV ECE.

              We encourage a balanced attitude to sports and games and recognize that, while sport may be a passion to some, to others exercise may be no more than a means to an end. We offer students the opportunity to take part in a variety of sports and actively support them, whether they are interested in sport as a recreational activity, or wish to pursue their interest at a more competitive level.

              The Playgrounds of the college are maintained on par with the standards of Sports Authority of India. Facilities are there for games like Ball Badminton, Cricket, Foot Ball, Hockey, Kabbadi, Volley Ball etc. and indoor games like shuttle Badminton, Carom, Chess, and Table tennis. A Gymnasium hall with well-equipped fitness machines is available.

              Apart from inter-departmental competitions and Annual sports meet of the College, the students get ample opportunities to represent the college in Anna University Zone-9 Inter Collegiate Tournaments, Inter Zone Tournaments, Inter University Tournaments, Anna University Champion Colleges Tournaments, District and State Level Tournaments and Tamil Nadu Inter Engineering Sports (TIES).
