| The mission of the Department of Civil Engineering is to develop highly competent professionals, preparing them for entry-level positions in civil engineering, further study, life-long learning, and societal leadership. The Department of Civil Engineering is proud to fostering intellectual growth of our students so that they may become productive citizens in the service of humanity. The Department is dedicated to providing a dynamic learning environment that emphasizes open-ended design, problem-solving skills, team work, communication, and leadership skills. They are expected to excel in their professional career. During the course of their study, they will develop the spirit of team work and understand the desirability of following professional ethics in order to effectively serve the community. Also, preparing the graduates of Civil Engineering to acquire high level of theoretical and practical knowledge. |
